My life, on tumblr. Probably the most realistic me you can find online. Which means I am NSFW most of the time, offensive other times, and the rest of the time I am just weird.

And I have been playing with it for a few days. I love it. It has tight controls and works nice as a gamepad. But it only had 8 buttons and a D-Pad, right? So here’s a list of game consoles with gaepads where this gamepad would work out well.
And that’s about it. This is in response to a few laughs about such a low button count controller or something.
I already own two SLRs ( Canon T50 and Sears KSX-P ( Which is a rebrand of the Chinon CP-5 ) ) but I mean, they are film only, and my little point and shoot really doesn’t do everything I want out of a camera. Not that I can afford a DSLR, but hypothetically speaking I want to get one.
Nearly the absolute number one feature I want is video recording, at the very least 720p, but 1080 is preferred. As is at least 24fps, but up to 60 would be great. But that doesn’t clear up a lot of choices, does it? I still have so many brands to choose from. And to be honest, they are all confusing to me, and would take getting used to.
The only thing really swaying me is I have two K-Mount lenses, and Pentax still uses the K-Mount ( in a vastly updated form ) on their DSLRs. And to be honest, the K-x or the K-r don’t look half bad as cameras. But is that really what I want? I know with an old lens I get to do everything manually, but that is fine really. But also I could be swayed because the sensors in Nikon and Canon cameras are slightly better for the price point.
So here I am, broke mind you, but stuck with a dilemma. Cause a nice DSLR would aid in videography a TON. And that seems to be something I have been getting into, doesn’t it? Anyone have any DSLRs that do video they are willing to part with for cheap? Heh, or at least suggestions based off of personal use?
